I'm Rebecca. I'm mostly active on Wikipedia these days, but I was one of the most active admins in the early days of Wikisource. I left for a while because I was grumpy with some policies which have since been changed, but then moved away to university, where I've had limited bandwidth (which really does limit my ability to edit large documents, as I often did here). I'll be moving back out into my own place in December (and should be able to stop getting ripped off for bandwidth), so there's a fairly good chance I'll be more active here again soon.
