Hello friends!

I am Pinko1977, and I have been an editor on Wikipedia for almost a full year now. I have created articles on subjects like the Graham Bond Organisation, Wake Technical Community College, and have either edited or rewritten articles about people as diverse as Pamela Courson, Bessie Smith, Jim Morrison, Ma Rainey, and Charles Baudelaire. As you can see, I'm a great lover of history and culture.

My interests are wide-ranging, everything from Marxism to feminism to hip-hop to Islam to African American history to psychology to, you name it! I'm also big on politics, not merely in its electoral manifestation but in all its crucial aspects. I'm most concerned with how politics affects real people's lives around the world.

I am a writer and a political activist. I live in the southern United States, and I'm planning my first book, which will be a discourse on American youth culture. If I could, I would like to make it available to Wikisource. But we'll see how that goes.

In the meantime, I look forward to working with you all!
