Reasons for block is abuse and threats of violence[edit]
This account has been blocked four times in April/May by four different administrators for abusive behaviour, with each admin adding longer. What guarantees do we have with regard to a cessation of the abusive behaviour?
As a compromise, I have allowed account creation from this IP address, and will report such to fellow administrators. If that is insufficient modification to the block, please do identify your alternatives, reasons why, and how we will manage to not see exhibition of previous behaviours. -- billinghurst (talk) 14:44, 30 May 2009 (UTC)

This is the discussion page for an anonymous user who has not created an account yet, or who does not use it. We therefore have to use the numerical IP address to identify them. Such an IP address can be shared by several users. If you are an anonymous user and feel that irrelevant comments have been directed at you, please create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other anonymous users.
