Hello, Paul in Saudi, welcome to Wikisource! Thanks for your interest in the project; we hope you'll enjoy the community and your work here. If you need help, see our help pages (especially Adding texts and Wikisource's style guide). You can discuss or ask questions from the community in general at the Scriptorium. The Community Portal lists tasks you can help with if you wish. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me on my talk page. :)

I listed one of you recent contributions on this pages and am planning checking out the rest. Whenever a translation is made the translator owns the copyright of the derivative work. This must be considered when determining the copyright of a text. The best case for finding translations of modern speeches is if it was done by the US govt. Otherwise we will probably have to produce our own GFDL translation to be able to host the text. --BirgitteSB 14:00, 3 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I would think the German would be fine. But I hate to say for sure without seeing the source. --BirgitteSB 15:17, 4 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]
