Sayo Juba also referred to as Oluwasayofunmi Juba is a Nigerian writer and poet.

Biography and Education Sayo Juba was born in Akure, Ondo State. She attended Federal University of Technology Akure, Staff School, and Federal University of Technology Akure, Staff Secondary School. She then studied English at the University of Ilorin and earned a bachelor’s degree in 2013. She later went to the University of Ibadan where she earned a master’s degree in Early Childhood Education in 2019.

Writing Sayo Juba is the author of two books, her first book is a collection of poetry titled You’re one of them (and other poems). It was described as “a heart-touching poetry book” by Samama Reza. Her second book “Tort and the Townies” was described as “Novel, Comic and Didactic” by The Sun, Nigeria. Her works have been featured on various literary platforms such as Words are Work, IdeasLane, Nantygreens, Mbari Magazine.
