Here I brought few gadgets. Special:Diff/89922/118621

Solving bugs like [[१]] this, which stops while creating any new page here.
Creation of master categories and making wikisource flow seamless. issues like this [[२]] needs to be worked on for this wiki.
Bring gadgets like, (Obviously with the help of others!)

Complete the translation of wikisource mr GUI,
Bringing all the templates needed for proper functioning of wikisource. Right now we do have some, but we are always in need of more templates as it's growing community.
Right now there are very few gadgets added sitewide, users are using many gadgets with their own common.js. We don't even have hotcat in our gadgets.
Make Mainpage and community pages functional, and translate them to localize. Have done some work already.
Bringing helppages to actual help of the community.
Delete pages which were created mistakenly by users here and fix other similar issues related page moving and similar.
Mark and Delete contents without sources. with community consensus.
We have a vibrant community here, which is in always need of updates, technical requirements, sysop actions. I would love to spend time working on those too.
I have been working with the mrwiki community even offwiki, So definitely these rights would help me in doing my work faster and efficiently.
Given all the above we always needed sysop who is a Marathi speaking, the one who always works and stays connected with the community. I find myself fitted there.
I would be happy if anyone else solves all of it, or there are other ways to it than sysop rights to me, But currently I don't see any options. thanks
