Milnes, Richard Monckton, created D.C.L. 20 June, 1855 (son of Robert Pemberton Milnes, of Fryston Hall, and Bawtry Hall, Yorks), M.A. from Trinity Coll., Cambridge, 1831, and hon. fellow 1875-85, F.R.S., poet, M.P.
