Biographical[edit]
He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Harvard University in 1966, and received his Master of Fine Arts degree from Columbia University in 1968. Skolnik graduated magna cum laude with a Juris Doctor from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 1987.
