WALKER, William Dundas, B.A. Durham Univ.; B.A. 1886, Edin. Theol. Coll., 1883. D 1890 (St. Andrew's, etc.). Chap. St. Ninian's Cath., Perth, 1890–91. R Burntisland (with Aberdour), 1891–98. Acting Chap. to Forces, 1892–98. Secretary, Bishop of St. Andrews Fund, 1897. He absconded with the proceeds of St. Serf's Building Fund in 1898 and fled to Canada; no action was taken against him.
