It is hereby ordered that the following described lands in the State of Arizona, viz, all of sections 1 and 12, in township 1 north, range 4 east, of the Gila and Salt River meridian, be, and the same are hereby, withdrawn from settlement, entry, and sale and set apart as an addition to the Salt River Indian Reservation: Provided, That nothing herein shall affect any existing valid rights of any person to the lands prescribed.
