Schedule A, Subdivision VIII, paragraph 2 of the civil-service rules, making exceptions from the requirement of examination in the Interior Department, is amended to read as follows:
- Inspectors whose duties are of a confidential nature in the office of the Secretary of the Interior and who are appropriated for by the Congress.
