Executive Order 410
William M. Geddes, special disbursing agent for the disbursement of the appropriations for the Government exhibits at several expositions, who has served practically continuously as such for many years, may be appointed to the position of fourth-class clerk in the classified service of the Treasury Department without compliance with the civil-service rules.
