Amending Subdivision IX, Schedule A of the Civil Service Rules

Subdivision IX, Schedule A of the Civil Service rules is hereby amended and an additional paragraph to be known as No. 6 is added reading as follows:

"Two assistants to the Secretary in the Office of the Secretary of Agriculture."
