English: A set of documents directed by the Governor to be published for general information. These include a letter by the Governor, William Robinson, dated 22 October 1890, expounding his thoughts on the operation of responsible government and the appointment of a Ministry; a letter and enclosure by the Governor to Lord Knutsford dated 23 October 1890; and copies of several congratulatory telegrams received from the other colonies on achieving responsible government.
