An Act
To strengthen the educational resources of our colleges and universities and to provide financial assistance
for students in postsecondary and higher education.


Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. [edit]

This Act may be cited as the ``Higher Education Act of 1965´´.
