Stickney, Kansas, now unincorporated, is located in northern Barton County, Kansas on West 190 Road about halfway between the small rural hamlet of Susank and U.S. Highway 281. Stickney was once the location of a general store, post office and a few modest homes but now only a commercial grain elevator is the only remaining structure and has no residences. Stickney was founded by a family bearing the same name. Some of the descendants still reside in Barton County.
