Bill, Charles, capt. 4th batt. North Staff, militia, M.A., Univ. Coll., Oxon, 1869, an Etonian, J.P. co. Stafford, lord of the manor of Cheadle Grange, a student of Lincoln's Inn 31 Oct., 1864, called to the bar 17 Nov., 1868 (only son of late John Bill, Esq., of Farley Hall, co. Stafford, dec.); born 3 Jan., 1843; married 3 May, 1870, Ellen Margaret Hepburn, 2nd dau. of Lt.-Col. Richard Henry FitzHerbert, of Somersal Herbert, co. Derby, and has issue (see Foster's Baronetage, FitzHerbert).
