Bradshaw, Thomas Joseph Cavendish, judge of county courts (circuit No. 1) since 1871, educated at Eton and Christ Church, Oxon, J.P. Durham and Northumberland, secretary to royal commission on judicature 1867, a student of Lincoln's Inn 24 Jan., 1846, called to the bar 17 Nov., 1853 (eldest son of Joseph Hoare Bradshaw, of London, banker); born 17 Oct., 1824; died 17 Dec., 1884; married 1st, 21 Jan., 1847, Hon. Frances Devereux, only dau. of Henry, 14th Viscount Hereford; she died 12 Jan., 1857; he married 2ndly, 27 Dec., 1860, Emily, only child of Col. Frederick Halkett, Coldstream guards, and has issue by both wives.
