Crompton, Henry, B.A., Trin. Coll., Camb., 1858, clerk of assize, on North Wales and Chester circuit since 1859, a student of the Inner Temple 22 April, 1858 (then aged 21), called to the bar 6 June, 1863 [2nd son of late (Hon.) Mr. Justice Crompton, dec]; born , 1836; married 8 Nov. 1870, Hon. Lucy Henrietta Romilly, dau. of John, 1st Baron Romilly, and has issue (see Foster's Peerage).
