Cuddon, James, author of A Succinct Treatise on the Copyhold Acts, a student of the Middle Temple 6 June, 1834, called to the bar 30 April, 1862 (eldest son of James Cuddon, of Norwich, gentleman); born , 1816; married , 1842, Mary Anne Dorothy, dau. of late George Gardiner, Esq., of Thorpe, Norfolk, and has a son, Bernard James Cuddon-Fletcher (see Fletcher).
