Dickins, Frederick Victor, M.B., B.Sc. London Univ. 1861 (gold medallist and honours), assistant registrar 1882 and a member of Convocation, late medical officer R.N., established naval hospital Yokohama, a student of the Middle Temple 21 Nov., 1867, called to the bar 10 June, 1870 (eldest son of Thomas Dickins, Esq., of Middleton, co. Lancaster, J.P.); born 24 May, 1838; married May, 1869, Mary Jane, 2nd dau. of William M. Wilkinson, of Pyecroft House, Manchester.
