Digby, Kenelm Edward, M.A. Corpus Christi Coll., Oxon (late fellow) from Harrow, Vinerian law reader 1868-74, public examiner in jurisprudence Oxford Univ. 1875-6, author of Law of Real Property, Sale and Transfer of Shares in Companies, a student of Lincoln's Inn 24 April, 1862 (then aged 25), called to the bar 26 Jan., 1865 (eldest son of Rev. and Hon. Kenelm Henry Digby, of Tittleshall, Norfolk);born 9 Sept., 1836; married 30 Aug., 1870, Hon. Caroline Strutt, 2nd dau. of Edward, 1st Lord Belper, and has issue (see Foster's Peerage).
