Hall, Camb., 1870, a member of the Southeastern circuit, a student of Lincoln's Inn 14 Nov., 1864 (then aged 17), called to the bar 18 Nov., 1872 (eldest son of William Duncan, Esq., of London); born , 1847; married 2 July, 1878, Helen Augusta, widow of Henry Eustace Leader, of Mount Leader, co. Cork, late capt. 16th lancers.
