Fergusson-Davie, William Augustus, M.A., Trin. Coll., Camb., 1858, from Eton, a senior clerk in House of Commons since 1879, assistant clerk 1869-79, a student of the Inner Temple 7 April, 1854 (then aged 20), called to the bar 17 Nov., 1863 (2nd surviving son of Sir Henry Robert Fergusson-Davie, Bart, of Creedy Park, Devon); bom 13 April, 1833; married 4 Sept., 1862, Frances Harriet, 5th dau. of Sir William Miles. Bart., and has issue (see Foster's Baronetage).
