Fisher, William Woodhouse, practises before the supreme court of Ceylon since 1881, a student of Lincoln's Inn 27 April, 1874 (then aged 19), called to the bar 17 Nov., 1877 (eldest son of William Richard Fisher, of Lincoln's Inn, bar.-at-law); born 5 Feb., 1855.
