Fitzpatrick, Dennis, secretary to the supreme council and to the Government of India legislative department, entered Indian civil service 1859, B.A., Trin. Coll., Dublin, 1858, a student of the Inner Temple 11 May, 1869 (then aged 31), called to the bar 30 April, 1872 (2nd son of Thomas Fitzpatrick, of Dublin, physician); born ⁠, 1837.
