Grosvenor, Hon. Richard Cecil, undergrad. Balliol Coll., Oxon, from Eton, goes the North Wales and Chester circuit, a student of the Inner Temple 12 Jan., 1870 (then aged 21), called to the bar 18 Nov., 1872 (5th son of Robert, Lord Ebury); born 27 Jan., 1848 (see Foster's Peerage).
