Humphry, Alfred Paget, M.A., LL.M. Trin. Coll., Camb. 1876, from Rugby, (senior) esquire bedel, Camb. Univ. since 1877, Bursar of Selwyn Coll. Camb., executive officer of the National Rifle Association, Major 2nd Cambridgeshire (Camb. Univ.) rifle volunteers, winner of the Queen's prize, Wimbledon, 1871 a student of Lincoln's Inn 27 Jan., 1872 (then aged 21), called to the bar 30 April, 1875 (only son of George Murray Humphry, of Cambridge, M.D., professor of anatomy); born 20 June, 1850; married 14 March, 1876, Elizabeth, 2nd dau. of Thomas Boycott, Esq., of London.
