Marsden, Reginald Godfrey, undergrad. Merton Coll., Oxon, author of Rule against Perpetuities and Law of Maritime Nations, a student of the Inner Temple 16 Nov., 1867 (then aged 22), called to the bar 26 Jan., 1872 (youngest son of Rev. John Howard Marsden, rector of Great Oakley, Essex); born  , 1845; married 22 Sept., 1874, Edrica, youngest dau. of John Cowling, Esq., bar.-at-law.
