Herts, a student of Lincoln's Inn 28 Jan., 1829 (then aged 19), called to the bar 30 Jan., 1835 (only son of James Mitchell, Esq., of the island of Jamaica, dec.); born , 1810; married 4 June, 1863, Caroline Augusta, 2nd dau. of late Job Thomas Syer Hanmer, of Holbrook Hall, Suffolk, capt. R.N., and has issue (see Foster's Baronetage).
