Portman, Hon. Edwin Berkeley, B.C.L. Balliol Coll., Oxon, a member of the Western circuit, a student of Lincoln's Inn 10 July, 1848, went to the Inner Temple 1 and called to the bar there 7 June, 1852 (2nd son of Edward Berkeley, 1st Lord Portman); born 3 Aug., 1830 (see Foster's Peerage).
