Powell, Joseph, B.A. London Univ. 1851 and a member of Convocation, practised as a solicitor in Chester 1856-77, also a member of the North Wales circuit, a student of the Inner Temple 10 April, 1877 (then aged 44), called to the bar 26 Jan., 1880 (2nd son of Joseph Powell, late of Tattenhall, Cheshire, M.D.); born , 1831.
