Madras staff corps, a student of Gray's Inn 11 Aug., 1863, called to the bar 26 Jan., 1866 (youngest son of late Genl. Sir William Greenshields Power, K.C.B., K.H., R.A.); born 17 April, 1827; married 29 Jan., 1848, Isabel, eldest dau. of General S. Braybrooke, colonel 99th foot.
