Coll., Camb., 1837, chairman of Herts quarter sessions, high sheriff 1868, J.P., D.L., a student of Lincoln's Inn 8 April, 1834 (then aged 22), called to the bar 23 Nov., 1837 (2nd son of late Thomas Marlborough Pryor, Esq., of Hampstead, Middlesex); born 21 April, 1812; married 20 Aug., 1844, Elizabeth Caroline, dau. of late Wyrley Birch, Esq., of Wretham Hall, Norfolk, and has issue.
