Yorks North Riding, hon. major 1st northern division royal artillery since 1881, capt. 1863–81, a student of the Middle Temple 15 Nov., 1834, called to the bar 27 May, 1842 (only son of Thomas Rudd, Esq., of Marton-in-Cleveland, Yorks, dec.); born , 1813.
