Russell, Sir George, Bart., recorder of Wokingham since 1862, judge of county courts (circuit No. 19) 1866-74, of circuit No. 49 1874 to Feb., 1884, D.L. Berks, M.A. Exeter Coll., Oxon, from Eton, a student of Lincoln's Inn 5 Nov., 1850 (then aged 22), called to the bar 17 Nov., 1853 (2nd son of Sir Henry Russell, Bart., of Swallowfield, Berks); born 23 Aug., 1828; married 5 March, 1867, Constance Charlotte Eliza, eldest dau. of late Lord Arthur Lennox, and has issue (see Foster's Baronetage).
