Spencer-Phillips, Esq., of Reffhams Lodge, Chelmsford, Essex); born , 1813; married 1st, , 1842, Mary Anne, widow of James Saward, dau. of Morrell, of Little Baddow, Essex; she died , 1879; he married 2ndly, , 1880, Mary Eliza Lavinia, eldest dau. of Gurney M. Bognis, Esq., of Anerley, Surrey, and has issue.
