Stratton, George, M.A., St; John's Coll., Oxon, 1850, from Eton, a member of the Oxford circuit, J.P. cos. Leicester and Northants, a student of the Inner Temple 23 March, 1849 (then aged 22), called to the bar 26 Jan., 1864 (eldest son of late George Stratton, Esq., of Leamington, co. Warwick); born , 1827; married 24 Nov., 1853, Ellen, dau. of late Lieut.-Col. John William Fane, of Wormsley, Oxon, and has issue (see Foster's Peerage, E. Westmorland).
