Stuart, Sir Charles James, Bart., M.A., Univ. Coll., Oxon, 1848, a student of the Middle Temple 15 Jan., 1844, went to the Inner Temple 12 and called to the bar there 28 Jan., 1848 (eldest son of Sir James Stuart, Bart., chief justice of Lower Canada); born 24 Jan., 1824 (see Foster's Baronetage).
