Gloucester, a student of the Middle Temple 22 Jan., 1841, called to the bar 16 June, 1848 (2nd son of Rt. Rev. Charles Richard Sumner, late bishop of Winchester, dec.); born 11 May, 1819; married 11 May, 1842, Margaret, dau. of John E, Boulcott, Esq., of London, and has issue.
