Trevelyan, Ernest John, a puisne judge of the High Court at Calcutta 1885, went the Western circuit, author of The Law relating to Minors (Bengal) 1878, a student of the Middle Temple 5 June, 1869, called to the bar 27 Jan., 1873 (2nd son of late Major-Genl. Henry Willoughby Trevelyan, C.B.); born 7 Dec., 1850; married 27 Nov., 1880, Mary Katharine, youngest dau. of late Patrick Blake, M.D., of London; she died 22 March, 1885, having had issue (see Foster's Baronetage).
