Tristram, Samuel Harrington, M.A. Merton Coll., Oxon, and postmaster, B.A. 1867, assistant Local Government Board inspector 1874-5 and since 1878, assistant private secretary to president Local Government Board 1875-6, a student of the Inner Temple 4 May, 1866 (then aged 22), called to the bar 6 June, 1872 (2nd son of Barrington Tristram, of Cheltenham, lieut. R.A.); born , 1844.
