Berks and Middlesex, a student of Lincoln's Inn 25 Jan., 1841 (then aged 22), called to the bar 19 Nov., 1846 (eldest son of John Walter, Esq., of Bearwood, Berks); born 8 Oct., 1818; married 1st, 27 Sept., 1842, Emily Frances, dau. of Major Court, of Castlemans, Berks; she died 28 April, 1858; he married 2ndly, 1 Jan., 1861, Flora, 3rd dau. of late James Monro Macnabb, Esq., of Highfield Park, Hants, and has issue.
