Watson, James, of Bengal C.S. 1847–62, high sheriff Bucks 1881, J.P. and for co. Linlithgow, a student of the Inner Temple 8 Nov., 1859 (then aged 32), called to the bar 11 June, 1862 (only son of Dr. James Watson, of Bath); born 21 Aug., 1827; married , 1849, Augusta, 2nd dau. of late William Wilberforce Bird, deputy governor-general of Bengal, and has issue.
