Salop and Montgomeryshire, a student of Lincoln's Inn 24 May, 1854 (then aged 20), called to the bar 6 June, 1857 (youngest son of James Whitaker, Esq., of Broadclough, near Manchester); born 22 Sept., 1833; married , 1873, Mary, dau. of William John Bovill, Esq., Q.C., and has issue.
