Willert, Paul Ferdinand, M.A., Exeter Coll., Oxon, 1869, elected fellow 1867, undergrad. Balliol 1862 from Eton, scholar of Corpus, Taylorian scholar 1863, assistant master of Eton, examiner in the final pass schools 1875-7 and since 1881, also in modern history Oxford Univ. 1880-1, author of The Reign of Louis XI. 1876, a student of the Inner Temple 4 May, 1865 (then aged 20), called to the bar 17 Nov., 1870 (eldest son of Paul Ferdinand Willert, of Manchester, merchant); born 29 May, 1844.
