Williams, (Hon.) Frederic Condé, puisne judge supreme court of Mauritius since Feb., 1884, district court judge Jamaica 1876–81, puisne judge Natal 1881–3, B.A., Christ's Coll., Camb., 1868, went the Midland circuit, a student of the Inner Temple 30 Jan., 1869 (then aged 24), called to the bar 30 April, 1873 (eldest son of Rev. Frederic R. Williams, vicar of Saltley, co. Warwick); born , 1845; married 21 June, 1879, Louisa, youngest dau. of Capt. Mclnins, late 44th (East Essex) regt., a knight of Windsor, and has issue.
