Williams, Montagu Stephen, counsel to the treasury, a student of the Inner Temple 9 June, 1859 (then aged 25), called to the bar 30 April, 1862 (2nd son of John Jeffreys Williams, Esq., of the Oxford circuit); born , 1834; married 12 Aug., 1858, Louisa Mary, youngest dau. of Robert Keeley, Esq., of Pelham Crescent.
