Wolferstan, Francis Stafford Pipe, B.A., Balliol Coll., Oxon, 1849, from Eton, went the Oxford circuit, J.P. cos. Derby, Stafford, and Warwick, author of Law and Practice of Election Petitions, joint editor of Election Cases, a student of the Inner Temple 23 April, 1849 (then aged 22), called to the bar 30 April, 1857 (eldest son of Stanley Pipe Wolferstan, Esq., of Statfold); born 14 Oct., 1826; married 31 July, 1859, Sarah Maria Hill, dau. of William Hallows Belli, Esq., E.I.C.S., and has issue.
