Herts and St. Albans, of legacy and succession duty office 1854-77, a student of the Inner Temple 28 Oct., 1857 (then aged 20), called to the bar 6 June, 1860 (3rd son of Humphrey William Woolrych, late serjeant-at-law, dec.); born 6 Jan., 1837; married 19 May, 1870, Dorothea Louisa, dau. of late Humphrey Harper Burchell-Herne, Esq., of Bushey Grange, Herts, bar.-at-law.
